Well it's pantomime season again, and no one's favourite villain is back sneering the same old jeers from the shadows.

So Hird is somehow to blame when Dennis fails to score? That's desperate by even your standards.

Besides, isn't Kristian one of the division's leading strikers?

Which by your twisted logic means Sam must be getting it right more often than not...

Off at a slight tangent, let's all go and support young Sharman tonight and then debate how far from a squad call up he might be.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I can't get tonight - family party - but I've already seen enough to think this 16 year old will eventually make the first team. He's a big lad but no Kevin Davies so I think he is two seasons away.

Edit - getting Sharman the centre-back mixed up with Rawson the other promising 16 year old striker, but my comment equally applies to both.

Seen him play for years, he has never been a centre half as always played up top for chesterfield town, surprised that's where Mark Smith sees him at.
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

I must apologise for winding you up again - you were perfectly right to draw peoples attention to the fact we only conceded one goal and it wasn't down to the central defence.
Such a rare occurrence is obviously something you thought worth a special mention, and I agree with you.

I don't claim any more knowledge than the average poster on here - probably a lot less about the internal goings on which fascinate so many. All you get from me are opinions, with which you can agree or disagree. One of those opinions is that we need anther central defender as a priority. If you don't agree, that's fine, but why you and others get so stressed up about it beats me.

I'm not stressed in the slightest, and I've no idea why you'd think I was tbh. I'm just disagreeing with you.

The need to strengthen elsewhere is far more pressing than prioritising messing up a CB pairing that works. Most of the posters on here seem to agree. As have the last six managers.. and by the sound of our latest manager, he agrees as well. I think Sams contract is up at the end of the season, If Jack wanted to change anything I presume that's when he'd do it.
