Saw Devon Malcolm play at Staveley Welfare many moons ago.

Slip fielders were on the boundary, bricking themselves!

We should have taken Rashid intead of Crane, Stokes over Woakes, and Plunkett. Seems like they coached everything that was good out of Steve Finn.

Umpired that game or another one he played in. He was only bowling of 4 paces. He said wicket was not good enough to bowl at full pace

I have to say I normally look forward to an Ashes series but with coverage on BT , (won't subscribe) and the embarrassing way we are performing, just glad I'm not wasting time staying up to watch the crap served up.
Whose the coach, Caldwell!?!?!!?

They are as bad as Derbys. They cant bowl teams out twice andthe batting is just as crap.

Loved Devon.

Proper paceman. Just bowled as fast as he could. These days he wouldn't have got a look in, or they'd have 'coached' his best attributes out of him.

Yes. Played at Steetley for a fair few years. I was in the juniors and 2nd XI when he was there, before he moved to play for Sheffield Collegiate. Lovely bloke, I remember.
