Any answer on whether you can phone up for tickets?

You do have to physically collect your tickets from The HUB so it isn't designed as a telephone service. We are open on Saturdays and until 7pm in the evenings for sales. You do need to fill in a form as part of the offer.

However you can collect on the day of the match.

We do deal with telephone inquiries but the permanent manning of our reception is done by volunteers.

If you just want to reserve tickets to pick-up before the match you are better off messaging me.

The board tells me you cannot receive any new messages, unfortunately.

Am I correct in thinking that it's possible to reserve a single adult ticket in the North Stand, collect it from The Hub on the day of the Colchester match and pay ten pounds then? Sorry to complicate things.
These go to eleven.

Can confirm that I purchased a family ticket today for some visiting relatives over Christmas, very smooth process and a great deal.

We will too, is it not a worry though that with every singular person attending being able to buy 4 for cheaper and then bin 3 that the stand will be full of empty seats?
I just don't know what I'm supposed to be

Single people will buy one ticket for a tenner (if I understand the offer correctly)?

If I have to buy four seats then that's fine- I'll bring a blanket and watch the match in a state of repose.

Can you not find 3 friends to go with you?

Would be great if they opened this up to more than the North. Will probably take people out of the Kop so perhaps dampen the atmosphere.

Offers always kill th atmosphere. Can’t see why the offer can’t be to sit wherever you want. Just sell the the empty seats in whichever stand they are free

The Trust are pleased to be able to welcome all of our participants and partners the opportunity to cheer on the Spireites into the New Year in style!
With a family ticket available at a price of just £15.00 for a family of 4, its one not to be missed! The vision is to bring as many families together in the North Stand to support Jack and the team and hopefully cheer the lads on to another valuable 3 points!
For smaller families or to purchase additional tickets, adult tickets are priced at £10.00 each, with children free of charge!
Tickets are available from The Hub in the East Stand of the Proact Stadium on the following dates:
Monday 18 December – Saturday 23 December (09:00 – 19:00)
Boxing Day – (09:00 – 17:00)
Wednesday 27 December – Saturday 30 December (09:00 – 19:00)
It has been fantastic to be able to offer Trust participants these deals throughout the first part of the season, with statistics to date showing that 2601 people have attended the ticket initiatives with 93% saying they wouldn’t have been able to attend without the Trusts ticket deals.
Thanks to Chesterfield FC for the continued support!

Excellent stuff again, Marcia.

Several members of my family will be taking advantage of this - including a young man who'll be attending his first ever game! Infact he'll be finding the ticket in his Christmas stocking.

A big thankyou to everyone involved.

Will you be open at 7 on Friday, Pete? Back in town for Christmas on Friday so will pop round and get them. Any news on how many sold? I’m sure it will be a popular offer, 3 attending the game will now be 8 in our family.

As its a Trust 'offer' does that mean the ticket money goes to the club or to the trust?

So just to confirm, to get this family ticket you need to have at least one child? Was trying to acquire one for my uncle, brother and dad but been informed that we can't get one as we're all adults and just thought I'd double check.

You could get 2x £15 deals which gives you eight tickets, four of which would be adult ones.

I'm sure a few adults will sneak in by 'accident' on kids tickets.

You can buy additional Adult tickets for £10 so the deal + 1 extra would cost you £25 and you'd have 2 spare kids tickets to dish out if you wish

Different topic slightly but anyone know how to get a ticket for over '80's for a game? Apparently it's free but is it a case of turn up or get in advance?

Not available for individual matches. Plenty of them not being used if you can find one though.
