I'll not dignify that post with a direct response, but just let it hang there; says more about you than the issue being discussed.

Well the league table doesn't lie.

It tells us Wycombe are only two points above a Swindon we could've beaten, a Mansfield we should've beaten and below an Exeter we did beat.

I'm approaching Saturday with the optimism Jack Lester and players such as Ian Evatt deserve...

It looks to me like a half assed offside attempt, which you can't do when the man on the ball has so much time. Basic stuff. Nobody barking orders?

I was watching Akinde just before the goal.
He deliberately edged across from Evo to be quite tight to JBW.
Then made a circular run back and inside way from the left back and forward through the now acres of space between the two defenders.
From watching it live, if JBW had tracked him he would have been up with him when the ball came in and probably could have snuffed it out.
Not sure whose responsibility it was, Evo for not keeping an eye on him or JBW for not tracking him but neither happened.
The other bit of note was it was the first point in play where Barnet passed the ball about, so much so that we were set and everyone was watching the play rather than pressuring them.

Aren't you bored of reading threads which veer off into simple childish fall outs over something one of them may or may not have said years ago?

Oh yes, I read yesterday’s quickly edited post too. You poke a wasps nest repeatedly with a stick, it’s not the wasps fault when he stings you. Moondog is blaming the wasp.

No he's not. He's blaming the first offender since the notice of intent to moderate.

This could be the end of one of Bob's Board's most enduring, if not endearing, traditions.

It is time for pinned thread for pure bickering. It could be entertaining.

Dave - I think you'll find the thread began to deteriorate when a serial offender responded to our friend '60's 70's' with a sarcy snipe instead of accepting the fair point he made...

Then set up a thread in the personal section. I said many not all, although I'm sure you agree this is nothing to do with Saturday's goals
