I think it’s been an outstanding effort by the fans, if the club back Jack I think we can go places. It’s nice to hear Jack talk about the fans and you can tell he genuinely means, what a man and a true inspiration.

The way we are progressing, it will gradually get higher & higher.....and it’s all down to Jack Lester..his passion & affinity for Chesterfield FC is infectious

You watch..if by a magical miracle, we win 3 out of the next 4 games & we are only fractions off the top 10..the proact will be 7k+ again

I’m trying to not get carried away but I really don’t think the play offs are an impossibility, the team spirit and with additions in January you just never know. I think most of the teams I’ve seen so far are average at best, I think we’ll just keep getting better and better and with Jack in charge I’ve now got real belief.

Reality time. Jack has turned us into a team that is hard to beat but we still lack pace, width and the squad lacks any depth. To do the impossible and get anywhere near the play offs would require major changes in January and we will probably get 3/4

So far so good, however, we’ve got three very tough away games coming up in the next three weeks - Wycombe, Stevenage and Coventry.

I feel we’re better than anything I’ve seen so far this season without any additions, so what can Lester do when he can add to the squad. Can anyone explain how he’s managed to get a tune out of a guitar with one string, we all know we were woeful before he joined, the man and his team can take us places. I now fear for how long we can keep him, he clearly has a special talent, I doubted his appointment but how wrong was I.

He will go nowhere!! He knows this job is his apprenticeship in management & his passion/love for CFC is there for all to see!
Paul Cook was the best thing to happen to this club for years & brought the most amazing times..Jack Lester will be Paul Cook x 10
Loyalty??? Jack has it in abundance

Boxing Day against Crewe will be an interesting attendance particularly if the weather is fine

5150 home fans is excellent for a club in our position especially so close to Xmas.

Important run of games now in December if we can pick up points going into the second half of the season things could really be looking up instead of down
All town aren't we?
