Also, I'm no accountant but 42k profit on 7.5 million turnover seems terrible to me!

Ched and GA to plug the hole this year

I'm surprised that the club turned down the Gboly offer, especially now. Although, they've probably gambled, hoping someone pays 2m in Jan.

Without the potential of selling 2m worth of players each season, we seem to be in big trouble.

Without the above and taking the drop in attendances, it's heading one way. How's DA allowed this to happen.

Correct - I was banging on about the recruitment -> sales cycle 15 months ago and that we needed the profitable sales of 2015 to be repeated several times over
before we cleared the debt. Unfortunately, not going to happen.

Protest at running of club before and after next game??

We can't even offer a contract to a player who then goes to a team with average crowds of less than 2000 a game.

When did anyone last hear anything from Dave Allen or Chris Turner on the state of the club, this seasons performance on and off the pitch and plans for the future.

If we haven't reduced the debt significantly with these latest results then we are seriously in the mire and serious questions need answering

Turn over increases but profits fall. What the hell is happening at the club?

£42k profit is nothing short of abysmal. To think the current owner had the audacity to criticise the way BH ran the club.
If only....

"The reduction in gate revenue and season ticket income was disappointing, falling from £2.05m in the previous year to £1.63m"

Fook off.

I know, but I'm not remotely surprised. I smelled his bs from a great distance; the flannel, the ego, the self-righteous stench and smug demeanour....

And rumours persist that out of that £2 million transfer 'profit' Chris Turner will have received £50k in bonus payments.

You couldn't make it up.

Ah yes.

My lack of thought into that mental sum could get me a position on the board if I'm not careful.

At the end of this season I can see anything that isn't nailed down sold - i.e. most of the players released who are out of contract.
