Ignoring who Danny is, better managers than him have been sacked for losing 6 on the bounce

Strikes me that Danny isn't the root of our problems and wed be wise to retain an experienced manager and town legend. The only gripe I have is liddle retaining his captaincy.

Town legend, so what. I said it upon his appointment; he's complete gash and would be sacked before Xmas. He gave liddle the captaincy; he's brought in at least seven first team players; he decides the tactics. Letting him carry on because he's a 'Town legend' and has 'experience' is as dumb as it gets.

Hi Folks

Sacking the manager will alter nothing. No money for players. No opportunity to loan players currently and when the transfer window opens no players in without one out. So what exactly would a new manager be attracted by, with the above enticing conditions. Any manager would fail with the above restrictions. Lets not forget the current manager has a list of senior players from a thread bare team injured. The best loan player then becomes a long team injury and returns to his club. You might say its a perfect storm for a team that required only good luck with injuries as we all knew we had no back up players.

You're preaching to the converted here, but there are so, so many who don't believe in or don't know about pre-hab

I'm old enough to remember you earning the reputation of Town legend as a player.

I've seen you in Town often enough to understand what a friendly, approachable and dignified bloke you are.

Your reputation as a manager speaks for itself, only enhanced by rescuing us last season.

And now the time has come to perform one last service on behalf of our club and the town it represents.

Please resign.

Not because I doubt your ability, not because I blame you for our current plight and certainly not because I dislike you as a person.

Resign because it would focus attention upon the people really responsible for the shambles on Sheffield Road.

Those who've overseen bewildering losses, scandal after scandal, the club's name being dragged into the gutter and only a litany of >ahem< 'contradictions' to explain it.

You don't deserve them, mate, but more than that they don't deserve the quiet, decent professionalism you embody.

100% CFC; 100% DW; 0% Turner & Co.

now is the time
