I've absolutely no doubt at all that a game is being played, perhaps in search of an exit strategy. At times like this, I take some comfort in knowing that the old guard remain in the boardroom although I do agree, it's time for them to start playing a more active and vocal role. What's been tolerated at our club, specifically over the past 12 months is nothing short of a disgrace.

I'm saying I don't doubt that Croot and Warner are town fans and but as members of a board of directors they sit and say and do nowt! Yes they may be powerless and yes there might be a game being played but as directors they need to publicly show they disagree with dodgy raffles and CCJs at an organisation formerly fronted by the CEO they employ! Desperate times need leadership and we are getting that from the board of which they are members!

I don't dispute the hard work Croot does in the community. The point I'm making is as a director of CFC all his hard work will go down the pan as long as he condones dodgy raffles and everything else that's gone on. Presumably as a board member he's quite happy with everything. If not grow some and challenge what's happenning.

I'm not blaming Croot and Warner for the current situation. Things may be being said it sounds like you no more than your letting on. But their silence is deafening! I'm sure they were ashamed and appalled when the CEO oversaw a raffle that invented a winner. But by saying nothing and toeing the line they condoned it. I don't want to fall out with you and stress again I don't blame Croot and Warner for the current plight. But they need to step up for the sake of CFC and tell us what's really going on.

I don't fall out with people.....I also don't know anymore than you do. But I don't agree that walking away from a situation shows the board anything. If they resigned DA would shrug his shoulders and sing Ce la vie.

Would it be a case of us and them 're Croot at least? The 3 amigos sit together in the posh seats (when attending) as I've seen Croot in the East Stand.
Would any concerns raised by Croot or Warner just be brushed aside by the uncompromising trio? Are Croot and Warner seen as small potatoes with a view of the owner bring 'this is my house, my roof and you do as your told'??
