maybe we will also get the old, "you lot should pipe down moaning, we have held season ticket prices again (but sneakily put the cost of buying them on the day, by phone, by internet up)"
maybe we will get another offer along the lines of "if anyone fancies listening to more of our strategies/ excuses, you are more than welcome for a pie and a pint at a sort of but not sort of related to Chesterfield Football Club institution at the reasonable price of £149.99 plus VAT.
cant wait

Well, what a surprise that was! Not.
In my view there are at least 4 Directors who would quit tomorrow if they could get their money out. They are stuck.

Yes, people who have shares in CFC 2001 Ltd can attend. Those who haven't aren't supposed to be allowed in but whenever I've been. Nobody has ever asked to see my sharemail certificate or notice of AGM or any ID at all.
Even the Press aren't allowed to this unless the individual have shares in the company.

How many were you actually expecting there on Saturday ?
The meeting was only finally confirmed a couple of days before.
There are only currently 10 members of the forum following Andy Boden's resignation.

Perhaps you could also explain the difference between this forum and the AGM where any shareholder can attend, what is that circa 1000?

The forum is held roughly every two months with Nick Johnson,Chris Turner and various members of the board and staff.
The AGM is held annually to present the clubs annual accounts to shareholders.
Hope this helps.
Regards Nigel.

The last two AGM's have been a sorry contrast to the vibrant standing room only AGM's orchestrated with a smile by BH. Shareholders are tired of hearing jibberish and don't bother turning up any more in droves. This is of course what the current lot want. They'll probably interpret the turnout as a vote of confidence.

In times past (not that long ago) DA could always rely on peer pressure to shut people up with a snide YORKSHIRE remark or two.
However that tactic doesn't wash anymore, and that is now his the stock answer to everything
Who knows, he might vary it this year and it will be £10M
