Well assuming the rumoured 5% of transfer fees is correct, that's £150k in bonuses for that alone based on selling c.£3m of players (I'm not counting Cooper in this as I think this bonus regime came in after that.)
I have no idea what his other bonuses are, and I assume there are others, or his basic salary. But about £50k per year over the past 3 years in player sale bonuses, before you get paid a salary, is a fair old whack for a company which is producing sizable trading losses year over year.
