So they didn't go bust then ?

In the words of someone CFC linked they probably described it as "Restructuring the business".

I'm not sure myself. I tend to just mock Chris Tiurner's rotund physique for the most part and call him a knob head when I'm angry.

I've noticed a bit of an issue in that centre section of the West Stand. Some of those sitting on row M and above suffer from the rare defect of having their eyeballs painted on.

I know you've mentioned ego before, I just don't get it with your mate.

A discharged bankrupt, who drives a Vectra and lives in a terraced house, it's hardly the stuff to fuel an ego!

Sticking to facts then it seems.

If Turner wants a chat he only has to ask. He can bring his mates to wait outside if he likes.

Probably too few, but after all CFC is the family-friendly club that likes to do its bit and give those in need a second chance.

Bankruptcy – the big questions

If you are thinking of going bankrupt, there will probably be a lot of things that you want to ask. For most people the thought of bankruptcy is just scary so this page looks at the major concerns almost everyone has about how bankruptcy will affect their lives.

What about my job?

Lots of people worry unnecessarily about their job and bankruptcy. Unless you work in one of the areas mentioned above it is extremely unlikely that you will have any employment problems. Ask yourself if you have ever been asked if you are bankrupt when applying for a job? If the answer is no, your employer probably doesn’t care.

Hmmm, what caring employers CFC are, and what a caring boss CT is. He's creating a haven for bankrupts. Head Of Commercial doesn't require any professional qualification or any proof of credit worthiness, otherwise it would say so in the advert. Does require previous experience at a club though, which Fitzgerald had in abundance.

If AC has any kind of power at all, he should take this appointment out of CT's hands and ask experienced Directors to do the legwork. Dave Jones, Phil Taylor, Alan Goodall all spring to mind.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I understand those running 'Bob's Board' were approached by PPP for the names of a number of contributors. Including my own, which shows just how thick they are 'cos I've never made any secret of it! Anyway, to his enormous credit Pete Whitely rebuffed this approach whilst informing those of us in question what'd gone on. As far as I know that was the last of it, however I'm told individuals associated with PPP found what they were looking for regardless.

How this happened and if it contravened any laws is unclear.

When you consider some of the borderline posts on here and the damage they might cause to the club and compare it with the actions of employees who have brought the club into disrepute, well it's like comparing chalk and cheese. Rafflegate being a perfect example.

Exactly.

We've had months of revelations surrounding PPP in both the local and national media, allegations levelled by innocent parents, employees, suppliers, contractors and fans whose only agenda has been receiving what's owed and the Club's best interests.

Yet absolutely nothing has changed in terms of Turner and Sutcliffe's positions at CFC. Indeed the Club's only real response has been to ban the DT.

So who's dragging CFC's name into the gutter? Who's responsible for 'Rafflegate'? For the mass employee exodus from PPP? Parents left feeling ignored, insulted and ill-used? The Moss Family being mistreated? Lies about where players emerged from? A whole plethora of other PR disasters?

The message emanating from CFC would seem to be those reporting these events rather than those behind them.

As this board is now independent from CFC wouldn't identifying individuals be a breach of data protection. Admittedly if there is something libellous posted then names could be supplied in respect of a criminal investigation but that would be to the Police or investigating authorities, not employees of the football club.

WHEN YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE CLUBS DATA BASE IT'S SIMPLE. BUT !! USING THOSE DETAILS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERSONAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IS FROUGHT WITH OTHER ISSUES.
