It has arrived. Usual fascination and admiration of what these guys do.

Comments?

Personally, I think the stacked final week could help Quintana, so if Froome doesn't have over a min on him by then, I can't see him stopping the Colombian.

A stage for Cavendish and also, Bardet for a podium.

Also, how the heck is Quintana 26? He looks like the Tollund Man....

Personally I think stage 20 should be v special as they are finishing with a descent into Morzine.

Worth watching that finish as it was literally less than a type width between Cav and Griepel and the big german started celebrating before he realised he had lost the photo...

Few years ago couldn't stand Cav...now I have to say I am a fan!

Froome for me to win.

Farce at the tour as the 1km red kite inflatable collapses on the peleton! Stuart Cummings wins with solo attack.

Ventoux on Thursday which will be interesting as I think Quintana has to attack, especially as the next day is an uphill time trial.

Throw in the standard attacks and attempts by Frenchman to win the Bastille Day stage and Thursday has the potential to be bonkers!!

Looking at todays stage i wonder if Froome will break out his new descending tactic!!

Can't wait to watch it- def think Quintana will want to gain time on Froome on it.
I'm gong to cycle up it later this year- anyone on here done it?

Good grief - you need only look at the profile of it to suggest a steady drive and stop off for an ice cream....

Watching that Froome looks really strong.

apparently 100km/h winds on Ventoux at the moment.

Shame if Ventoux is cut short.

Weather is so unpredictable up there that I have had to look at booking for 3 days stay so can hopefully get a window of opportunity to climb it

From BBC Sport just now :-

Thursday's planned finish on top of Mont Ventoux has been cancelled because of high winds in Provence. The 12th stage will now finish several kilometres down the mountain at Chalet Reynard.

Absolute carnage following a crash....Froome running up the hill. Seems to be another crash caused by a motorbike of some description.
