You would think a club secretary would know all about registrations etc. How's your medication Ashley as this must have added to your pain?

No that is what Sally Swain did, taken over by Michael Dunford and now down to Nigel Smith.

Why? The academy didn't register him, it's all down to the club.

Didn't SS just lick some envelopes for Carson?

Thought Donefor was CEO, not Football Administrator?

The same Nigel Smith that came from the FA?

Has Carson relinquished his role of Club Secretary?

Don't take this the wrong way , but are you a Carson sympathiser?

And if it is a safeguarding issue, then John Croot has a lot to answer for CPS.

The Carson years, a decade of disaster.
A new hope.

If you are signing ten players on transfer deadline day, and one of them has some special circumstances no one even thinks to investigate I can imagine a mistake happening. BUT a youngster, you've developed yourself, over whom you're under no time pressure ....... how the hell can you get that wrong?

Should we check Levi Amantchi in case of points deductions .... and Charlie Wakefield just before we discard him?

There are clubs run wholly by volunteers who NEVER fall foul of the FA.

I have heard Ashley refer in conversation to Graham Bean before and assumed they were at least acquaintances.

This certainly paints a different picture concerning Joe's lack of selection.

BTW, I will update the list.

When’s the list being stuck up around the ground and distributed on match day?

They must have the phrase 'It was a previous member of staff who was responsible for this error and not any current staff members' on copy and paste in the media department.

In fact it wouldn't surprise me if it was up on the wall in the style of one of those inspirational quotes like in the tunnel.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!

Calm down everyone.
It must be another Chesterfield FC.

We don’t make mistakes like that.

Phew.

I'm informed that the FA intially rejected the contact because the parents signatures weren't on it, they were subsequently obtained but then the contract wasn't sent back to the FA. The issue came to light again when Joe's extended contract was submitted.

Levi has been signed up correctly.

Imagine the outcome if we had somehow managed to stay up, what would the implications have been then?

When Sally Swain made a mistake it eventually cost her job! So who is responsible for this and who oversees them? Whoever it is should be sacked but clearly untouchable. If anyone doesn't know why we are now a non league club stirring at the third relegation on the trot its down to the amateurs that run the club

Nobody at the club who swishes his tongue around the bottom, an says Yes Dave, Sure Dave, three bags full Dave, will be losing their job over this, fact.
