Jogging past the stadium (actually staff there today, by the way) I realised something so straightforward I can't believe it's not cropped up before.

How can the Club possibly host crowds when there's a testing station in the car park? Infact blocking off the entire kop end and several other turnstiles too?

And as the government now base their entire approach on testing (yeah, I know, but let's believe them this once...) it's not going anywhere soon.

On a side note has Carson ever revealed how much they're making from it? Be interesting to know, that's all...

Presumably the club will advise they can no longer host the testing centre and a new site will be found.

At what cost to taxpayers? And possibly twenty-odd times including evening kick offs?

Nah mate, the only option is for CFC to tell the 'powers that be' they'll no longer host the facility if/when there's some sort of return. Problem is that might mean a PR backlash - seen as putting football before fighting the infection - or the loss of some easy money.

For what it's worth I've yet to see a single person go through despite numerous Tesco visits and jog pasts. So imagine a stand-off between Carson quoting that to counter criticism and a government insisting the opposite...

People are still being sent elsewhere from the local area so the whole set up seems to be another government cock up.

Out of interest who, exactly, is responsible for the allocation of testing slots etc?
