A quick twitter search of Rick Parry shows you how messy this is going to be. Bets being placed in the philippines by the club ownership if I’m decoding it correctly.

Still gutted about the Casino closing back in 81. Wonder if they can revive both the Football Club and the Casino Club together.

Put a roof on the stadium, put a maple sprung dancefloor on the pitch, make a balcony around row 20, flood the bogs with P!$$, job done.

Already come out and said he's too old to be doing all that again......his lad might though.

Hasn't his grandson gone to the stags?

doesn't make sense though, for it to be enough to pay out to cover the £17.5m they alledgedly paid to buy the club and still pay a profit, it would have had to be a bet of at least £50M (as wigan would have ben one of the favourites to go down), surely that would have sounded alarm bells at the time?

WOW! just wow! The accusations sound crazy, but extremely plausible and a perfectly hatched plan for a betting scam

Better make sure it's his house and not an apartment paid for by mysterious means, then...

Of course there are still those naïve enough to believe the only crooks in football are the ones who take money out of clubs!

Looks like they're seling two players this week to cover short-term costs, bu well short of the £6m needed to see the season out (although they've made massive redundancies of the field so that may have reduced)
