What Klopp has achieved on the pitch is incredible but off the pitch he gets it too. The connection with the fans at Liverpool is even greater since he arrived. A group of us visited Mainz for a game in December and their pre-match YNWA is as electric as Liverpool. At Darmstadt games the players come over to the fans after the game and often stay singing for 30 minutes. We in the UK have never worked on that connection.....maybe time to start
