Is this Ash trying to draw a line under the Development School saga? (is saga a strong enough word?)

Sounds like an attempt to do more than draw a line under it.

This aside - another good statement.

Good news re: the kits too for those who like to get them every season :)

Looks like some decent bargains to be had on the sell off of the old stuff as well. Hopefully get something for my little one who to date has only had Sunderland kits as they have sold them off cheap whilst ours are pretty expensive for something she's likely to grow out of in not very long!

I got 6-9m and 12-18m full kits the other week for £10 I think which was great.

Statement suggests it would be added to online as they couldn't open the shop imminently. My guess is that they don't know how much stock they have until they can go back into the club (looks like they are being taken off furlough though) so would expect it to appear online in the coming days/weeks.

I'd got myself the home shirt the other week too but it hadn't been processed so assume I am one of the 100 orders in the queue which they can tackle now too.

Lisa has not been in the shop to be able to process anything!
Shes back at work later I believe so they can start trying to sort folk out.
Hope folk realize the shop girls try their best in difficult circumstances.

A straightforward statement with no false fanfare this time.

Thanks for that, Ash.

However dismissing the whole CFCFDS thing as someone else's fault, to somehow scapegoat Turner whilst adopting the same old 'Manuel' approach ('I know nerrrthink') challenges the facts.

Because you were handed a dossier of allegations by fans. As witnessed by your associate Steve Coe. Who was himself a 'partner' to Sutcliffe's shambles.

Then I was one of several supporters who raised questions at this 2016 meeting: http://www.thecfss.c...showtopic=58797

Many, many more of which are documented here: http://www.thecfss.c...showtopic=56809

Yet it appears you ignored the lot. Infact you stood staunchly by the then CEO declaring 'He's going nowhere' at one point.

So sorry Ash, the idea you were once again just an innocent bystander at the Club where you were a key figure just doesn't wash...

Good and correct post Chris.

No mention of the alleged £30,000 he put into the development school that he "knew nothing about"

My little one is 2 and a half so not much there for her currently but will check again after Friday. Wouldn’t mind something for when I can get back playing again as well so hopefully some other stuff will appear.

It's just missing the bit that explains why our Company Secretary was 'duped' by this and all the other scandals. Would he claim that they were all channelled through that great business brain Chris Turner and so well hidden that no CFC procedures could expose them?

Is 'Chris sadly duped us all' confirmation that in Ashley's opinion a crime was committed?

Why haven't they put statements out like this through their tenure, why start now(recently then)??

11 plus to 'A'level is a 5 to 6 year process if memory serves
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Definitely worth keeping an eye on, I got the home and purple (keepers?) shirt for myself in Medium the other week for just playing 5-aside in or whatever. They're decent kits to be fair. I'd not had one for a few seasons apart from one given us for free in Portugal at the PSF game.

For anyone who has looked at Ashley's background, they soon realise there has been one too many Chris Turner's for him to be regarded as unlucky.

I suspect they will put something out on social media etc if anything is updated after friday to help shift it. Not so fussed about shirts but could do with some shorts, socks for playing in and if they have any training top\jumpers i may be interested.

Looks like Smith's turned down Town's 1 year contract offer. AC'statement refers to the other 5 ll having accepted them in principle.
