Dean, you come across like you are being interviewed to keep your job backing your little ass up with every comment on every decision you make. Stop being a pussy and just tell everyone you do not have a clue how to be a manager. You have no motivation in the way you speak at all. You show very little tactical knowledge when understanding where we are going wrong I.e Gardner. Your interviews and your body language is very dull and depressive, I'm worried for you. mcmenemy had no money to work with, rushbery also had no money and had to cope with league 1. saunders is far worse than both.
