Small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts, rush goalie, two at the back, three in the middle, four at the front. One's gone home for his tea. Beans on toast? Possibly, Don't quote me on that. Marvellous! :P
Why can't you support my gibberish? I'd do it if you were stupid.

Walking round the perimeter in step to the whistles.

Grimsby fans desperate to get out of the kop looking as if they'd just had 10 minutes in a tumble dryer.
God I hate this league.

I was thinking t'other day how I miss that feeling that, when we conceded one or two at Saltergate, we'd still give it a right good go. The crowd might not be pleased but would loudly urge the team on to try and claw it back. That seems to have gone nowadays.
These go to eleven.

This.

and the general big game atmosphere on te Kop, where you could end up 20 yards from where you were stood when a goal went in.

Going to the social club at HT and bringing your beer back in

To be fair it was hardly a regular thing back then. We had the FA Cup run and that one decent run in the league cup where we beat Wolves, City and West Ham before coming unstuck on pens against Charlton.

It was only recently at the Proact that we managed to finally beat a league club in the FA Cup for the first time since beating Wrexham to make the semi final!!
