Training session or not, you would expect a full time professional squad of footballers with a coaching team of four to be able to come up with a formation and tactics to easily beat a part time team several tiers below whose players will be back to their day jobs in the morning.

We were a football league club then, now we're a ramshackle non league outfit run by idiots..mind you we were run by idiots when we were a football league club!
I honestly want the best for out club but I will never forgive or forget the way it's been run these last few years.
Whatever happens in the long run I hope and pray that those accountable for the demise are eventually held to account by whatever powers that have the authority to do so.

That's why I can't get too excited either way over pre season run outs like this.

Things come together in August and the 'powers' will give a thumbs up.

If not, well, our return to Saltergate standards will continue..

If the tweet I saw yesterday about how the handball rule will be done next season is correct we’ll be games with three or four pens will be the norm!! Basically anything hitting arm or hand no matter how it’s come about if the ref judges the player to have made himself bigger with his arms ie pretty much all the time then it’s handball. Basically gives attackers free license to just kick the ball at defenders arms and it’s a pen.
