Looking at the lineup tonight against Hallam tonight I’m not all that confident of a strong squad lining up tomorrow night
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

That's my worry. I've never known such a strong team turn out at Hallam. It's normally always youngsters and Matlock get the first XI. Hope they at least get a half tomorrow or it's a bit of a waste for many.

Surely with Matlock being the best fixture of the year everyone will go no matter what side we are going to put out?

Yes - 1300+ last year for a well publicised junior squad

More this year just to see bad we actually are

Indeed - one of our biggest away followings last year.

Once we've had our fill of Weston, Smith, Weir passing it square till one of them miss controls it, it could be again with a couple of notable exceptions

PS: Doesn't Chesterfield have any pubs?

Good morning everybody,

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you all this evening. Please note that is indeed a 19:30 kick-off as we wouldn't want any fans to miss out on the game, it promises to be a busy game so perhaps arrive a little earlier than initially planned if possible due to the sheer volume of people through the turnstiles.

It promises to be a very warm evening as well so make sure to drink plenty and on that score, we do allow alcoholic beverages outside The Shorts Lounge as long as they are in a plastic cup.

Please enjoy your visit and if you have any questions then come find me and I will do my best to find a resolution for you.

Thanks,

James Griffiths

Its a lot easier when the main gates are wide open...no hiding in bushes with binoculars needed.

I actually work in Derby and occasionally come past the Derby training ground on the way in, since that incident they have put a load of netting up on all the fences so you cant see in now.
