Fair play to him. He took over with them in a dire situation. Built the new ground, made good on his promise to reach the championship, and they've survived for three years, which is three more than we are ever likely to get. He could have turned around and used all that as an excuse for not admitting to failings at the club but he's turned round and admitted he's done some things wrong which is very honest of him. And no doubt he'll provide the necessary resources to have a crack at going back up next year.

I notice in the article , Rotherham have appointed a head of recruitment 3 months ago for next seasons campaign. Have we started interviews for the head of recruitment yet ?
