It was claimed the report, by the council/police; was due to be published last Friday
Has anyone see or heard anything of it?

In other news, AC has confirmed that Jim Brown will remain with the club beyond the summer.

Great news for a whole host of reasons!

The suspicious and cynical might wonder why you've posted this on a thread discussing the possible repercussions of 'Rafflegate'.

Someone on Sheff Road realising just how badly they need a bloke of Jim's unquestionable integrity, honesty and professionalism, perhaps?

Update

AC tells me he's chased the Council up and all the legal stuff including police reports have now been concluded and the outcome will be released anytime. Once received he will make the findings known.

Fair do's to Ashley. I suppose if the police have been involved then that's as far as this can be taken. For complete transparency though, we should be given sight of both the report and the findings. I'd like, for example, to see who was interviewed.

Just a thought, could the next step be that the report goes to the DPP for a view as to whether there is a criminal case to be considered?

AC has told the Facebook Group that he has a meeting with the Council on Tuesday where he hopes to find out the conclusion to the investigation. He promises to publish the full report whatever the outcome.

What's the council's role in the fraud?

Still no official response from either CFC or CBC on the outcome of the enquiry.
