AC tells me he's chased the Council up and all the legal stuff including police reports have now been concluded and the outcome will be released anytime. Once received he will make the findings known.

Fair do's to Ashley. I suppose if the police have been involved then that's as far as this can be taken. For complete transparency though, we should be given sight of both the report and the findings. I'd like, for example, to see who was interviewed.
