Good stuff, glad they are going back - fully deserved. Sure we would take a lot more to the Ricoh then Sixfields too.

Been before and I thought it was a cracking looking stadium!

Still appear to be a number of unhappy fans mainly because SISU, the owners, are still involved at the club and wont be back whether they play at the Ricoh or where ever until SISU have gone completely.

Been to the "Jaguar Conference Centre" which is basically a big contract box on one end of the ground made by putting three additional walls up to make a big room for a gig and whilst the ground looked decent that was rather soulless. Its a bit out in the sticks in terms of Coventry but if i do go i'll be coming in from Kenilworth with a Cov supporting mate and then straight back there afterwards.

Went to Cov's old ground (Highfield Rd) and their new one in consecutive seasons. The Ricoh is a good stadium, but there's nothing else there and whilst the shuttle buses get you there ok, there's a hefty wait to get out of the place after a game.

I actually went to Crawley years ago to watch them play Worcester City before they had any money or involvement from fat flashers- the stadium was fairly new then and I recognised a few of the former league players on show, including Jason Burnham- was he a trialist of ours at one point?
These go to eleven.

I'll be more tempted to go now as went to the stadium for the Olympics and was quite impressed. Although you have to get in the right queue for refreshments as for some reason different ones serve different tings one did pies while another did chips etc.

I've done that one, too.

Crawley v Ilkeston. There were about 600 there.

I used to live just outside Crawley and went to see them against Horsham about 7 years ago now. Crawley is a dive but Tuesday night is air hostess night so I used to forgive it for being a dive.

Its not that nice!! Makes Mansfailed look like the Paris of the north!!

Glad Coventry will now be at the Ricoh as I probably wouldn't have bothered going to Northampton as I've seen Town play there. Along with Crawley, it will be my 106 and 107th different league ground I will have seen Town play on.
