Great read...mind you, he must be in a special part of the ground with his comment of educated supporters! I purposely sit on my own because of easily i get annoyed by people talking absolute tripe during a football match.

Maybe they are talking sense and you are thinking tripe

Alternatively, there maybe fewer people talking tripe at CFC games than other games he's been to.

You decide
Accentuate th Positive, eliminate the negative

I saw the bloke with the waxed moustache but don't recall anyone selling ice cream out of a box? Good read though.

He was sat near me! The photo at the top of the article was taken from a the next row down from where I sit (Row O, South stand)....plus, my mate pointed him out at half time with words along the lines of 'have you seen that freak with the handlebar moustache'!

Thoroughly good read- enjoyed it too ! The 'ice-cream man' started off just before half- time infront of the East Stand- presumably moved around the ground. The suit did look somewhat incongruous ! At first glance I thought it was CT on an income-generating exercise

'As the second half started, Chesterfield fans started signing the Rod Stewart song “Sailing”, nearly everyone shifting their signing voice from “rowdy mob” to “church choir”. It seems an odd choice for a club song, what with Chesterfield being so far away from the sea, Rod Stewart being a Celtic fan and it being my late Grandmother’s favourite song. Certainly creates a cool atmosphere, but it is odd to the neutral'

Gave me a chuckle. It's funny because it's true. It does sound good though like said so b'rate!
