Watching the Blackburn v Cardiff game and it stuck me how many new managers were out of their depth..so here's my list, in no particular order, of managerial appointments were every man, woman or boy, knew they were the wrong appointment..apart from the idiots who appointed them!.
Kevin Randall for Chesterfield.
Lee Richardson for Chesterfield.
Steve MaClaren for England.
Big Eck for Aston Villa.
David Moyes for Man Utd.
And of course OGS for Cardiff.
Feel free to add more!

We had a bloke turn up to manage saltergate club in about our second season, can't remember his name but he looked like uncle Albert, he really didn't have a clue, he was in good company to be fair.
