Skybet have a thing running where you can win £5k and £250,000 for your club to spend on transfers in the January transfer window atm. Maybe if we all start betting we can get higdon!

I'm laying £5k on higdon to sign for us! :-D

Anyone had any bets for next season yet? I might have a dabble on Manchester United, Fulham, Bristol City & Northampton.

I fancy Scunny on the handicap betting in league 1. Finished like a train last season and this division seems wide open, 18/1 with +14 points.

I don't fancy Scunny at all. Lots of last season's draws will be defeats and like us I don't think they've strengthen.

There is a reason the odds are so long...

Id be tempted with Chelsea, Norwich, Sheffield United (begrudgingly) & Bury

Well you've got no chance with that lot as i've also picked the first three and I'm notoriously rubbish at betting!

I went for Northampton in league 2 and I'm now thinking of putting another bet on and changing that, found league 2 very tough to call to be honest, could have gone for any one of about ten teams.

Norwich will struggle to make the play offs, never mind win the division.

Cardiff were a decent team at home in the prem, so should be near unbeatable at home I maths championship and with the additional fire power should easier turn teams over. Derby should be yo there also.

In a very good mood, had £10 on Forest, Peterborough and Northampton @ 5.93. That's £69 back ;)
Oh and town won and Mansfield lost.

Bristol city and Bournemouth both to win in the cup is just under 3/1. Surely this is just daylight robbery?

Both playing weakened teams so i've heard. You might be better looking at Accrington and Bury on the handicaps.

Bet365 doin the risk free inplay bet again tonight in the man city game. Free money if you have £125 to play with.

£50 on city on bet365
£25 on Liverpool on ladbrokes

Then once the game starts go £50 on the draw.

Outcomes:
£17.50 profit for a man city win
£33.25 profit for a Liverpool win
£70 profit on the draw

(Bet365 refund all losing inplay bets)

For example: man city win returns £92.50 with your £50 back. But you have to use your own money inplay to return later.

Hope that makes sense!

Now has anyone got £100 they can lend me? :-)
