Another person indoctrinated by harmful religious ideology. So sad.

My sentence needs no translation, just a straightforward answer.
A straightforward answer clearly beyond you.

As we all know teenagers are incredibly impressionable and tend to see things very much in black and white terms.
These young girls were clearly led a-stray by Deash propaganda.
It appears that the lass killed had realised the terrible mistake she'd made but discovered it was a one way trip.
Now her loved ones are facing the knowledge she was used and abused by these filth before meeting an early death because they refused to release her.
To link this with discussions on another thread, what kind of god would allow evil like this to be perpetrated in their name.
I don't, not now it has transpired that her father and brother both have links to terrorism as well.
It's a naïve to think that all young people have suddenly become radicalized by Isis propaganda, when in a lot of cases the truth is that they have been born into believing an evil ideology and know no different. This is their way of life.

Yeah, they smoke, take drugs, flunk their exams but they don't sneak out of the country to fight for ISIS

I recognise this picture [people cuddling lions.] It's from the Jehova's Witness magazine, 'The Watchtower.' Are you a Jehova's Witness Wooly? The only people likely to see such material are members of this cult, a cult that is prepared to let their own children die rather than allow them blood transfusions.
As you like pretty pictures here's a couple for you.

The law swiftly takes the responsibility for children under 18 with the relevant court and the parents have no say on the matter of blood transfusions

I know but children have died in the past. Whether the law steps in in other countries I don't know.

As much as I abhor JO's and their misguided beliefs regarding their children and blood. The law as I say can step in. However child neglect comes in all types. One of the worst ones is child obesity. I don't get how parents can allow their children to become obese, shortening their life expectancy by 10's of years. Pity the law can't step in and help these poor children.

Agree.
Enjoyed my usual week in Ingoldmells this summer, but some of the sights there are just wrong.
Entire families wobbling around fag in one hand and cramming crap snap down their gobs with the other.
It's an adults choice, I guess, but when I see kids the same...well, they've never had that kinda choice.
Oh, and by the way; numerous disabled folk would love to rise out of their wheelchair and walk yet you're forever tripping over blobs of blubber on mobility scooters because they're just too fat and/or idle to do so.

And if anyone tries the 'oh they might be poor and can't afford to eat healthy' that is a stupid myth, rice beans and veg are some of the cheapest things you can buy and can form the basis of loads of meals.

My goodness we almost agree on something. I used to think of it as child abuse but now I believe it to be child neglect. Abuse really comes under a different category and is far more insidious. I also believe it has nothing to do with money because as you say you can eat healthily on a low budget. I think it is down to purely bad parenting, laziness and ignorance. A mother of one obese child that we know actually accused my wife of under feeding my little boy because he has no fat at all and is bang on the correct weight for his height. She said that children should and I quote 'have meat on their bones'. Don't get me wrong my little en sometimes has goodies but in moderation and only after he has eaten his meals. It would have been funny if it wasn't so tragic as my little boy was running around in the park like a blue bummed fly as her 'little' girl was sat breathless after a few minutes. What future do these children have? With a small change their lives could be improved so much. An other type of neglect that really annoys me is the number of children that have bad teeth. How long does it take to clean their teeth on a regular basis. Just bone ildleness.
Whats the world coming to? I have given you a green un
