The reason I haven't continued is because from the 21st August no one bothered with it which I knew would happen once it gets put on this section (people tend not to look here) however people moaned about stuff pinned at the top which resulted in it being moved and obviously twaddled it up.

If you saw the excell spreadsheet it has about 4000 formulas in which took me about 12 hours to do so a complete waste of time.

The minority moaning kills the enjoyment of others hence I didn't bother as no one posted for about two weeks.

in what way did 'no one bother with it'?

It seems to me that most people had already used the majority, if not all of their allotted transfers for the month and were probably pretty happy with their sides. I certainly was and was awaiting the revised player values and next batch of transfer at the beginning of September.

I think everyone vaguely grasped the amount of effort and admin involved when you set it up (an absolutely shed load!!) and were very appreciative when you kicked it off. To be fair to the mods, it is a game and probably is better residing in the "fun & games" section.

I understand that the move to this thread may have affected the traffic to the thread, but surely everyone still had a valid team and presumably then scoring is recorded?

Its totally your decision if you don't feel you want to continue running, but I am sure everyone involved would be willing to continue participating.

At least have the cojones to admit you knocked it on the head because it was too much hard work!

You didn't even bother to mention any of the above, and as has been mentioned, the majority of transfers etc had been made for previous month.

It's totally obvious that you saw the work involved with setting up for the next month - revising player values etc etc - and decided to abandon ship. At no point have you made a post asking if anyone is still bothered after the shift to 'Fun & Games'.

Nor have you bothered to inform anyone you were abandoning the league.

Probably an idea not to bother with anything like this again.

Like many others I had used my subs and was waiting for value changes. I was concerned over the amount of work required to run this knowing what time I put into the prediction leagues which is only small amount compared to this.
Appreciate moving it to this thread will have harmed it but a few redirection threads wouldn't have hurt. Very disappointed after only a few games you gave up without any notification or attempt to sort. Can you post backdated score and get this going again?
