Purely for the sake of completeness, Steve Coe has emailed me to say that the printing company’s software will now enable printing tickets at home for Apple devices after applying a workaround. No news on upgrading yet to use phones as an alternative.
Incidentally, printing in black and white also worked for the Brackley tickets.

I printed tickets via my Mac a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. Maybe its a printer issue?
