Sheridan has certainly managed to get more out of weir since he arrived and that can only be good, will he keep him come the summer though? I don't think he will, I believe we have smith and wedbury under contract for next season and my guess would be that Sheridan will want to add a centre mid who can control the game with the ball and set up attacking play

well it depends on what moaning you're talking about. i've seen players i don't rate in the starting XI before and gone 'oh ffs' to a mate but i haven't boo'd our own players (until the end of a match) and i doubt people were booing him yesterday

Wier is probably on a decent L2 contract as well, as some of the others signed by Caldwell and a lesser extent Lester will be.

JBW, Anyon, Wier, Gozie, Barry and Dodds won’t be on peanuts, and won’t be here next season.
