I would hope that each and every one of the current squad will get a lift from Shez's arrival. Some will respond better than others to his direct style of management. I think Shaw, Jonno Smith and Barry will thrive in particular. They strike me as being his 'type' of player, high energy and committed. Barry's impressed me since his return and with Shez on his case, will, hopefully, only get better. It wouldn't surprise me if Shez got the most out of Weir as well.

With Sheridan’s playing experience one would hope he can help Carter and Rowley

I think JBW can fit in, getting the right sort of crosses in consistently.

I can see weir being used in the allot role to better effect than any previous manager has. just struck me whilst typing this that RW amongst others will be playing under his 4th "permanent" manager in a town shirt.

My money is on Evans. He's not slow, he's perfected the Lee Rogers body swerve, good at the basics - eddin and kickin, likes a shot. He is let down by his positional play and his passing but if Sheridan can get an organiser/motivator somewhere in the back 5 and instructs his midfielders to give him simple passing options in our half then he can thrive.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Dents, I think Sheridans style of play will suit him, he will love getting good crosses into the box for dents to Bury em

If /when Hollis goes we need a quick man at the back. JBW to be allowed nowehere near the defence and told to go forward George smith to play left back. Need an equivalent to Kiwomya when he goes back .
