An interesting interview with Luton’s CEO, he spoke about his role, said he would do anything at the club (sweeping up, mashing tea, serving in the bar) anything to help the club run smoothly.
Also talked about their time non league, said how the club had to completely restructure to cope with the change, especially finances and reduced income. He said getting that right was key to the building foundations for the success they are having now.
