I am not the only colour blind person ( some would argue our whole team have been colour blind).
Why play the keeper in a colour so close to team colours? Why not yellow, white or green?
I am advised the keeper kit is purple but to me it is almost identical to the team colours.
Rant Over !

For many a year the Goalkeeper wore a green jersey with a number one and wore club shorts and socks. I imagine they can wear anything that doesn't c!ash with either teams colours now days what I have noticed is they wear the same colour shorts and socks as their jersey I suppose there are rules but doubt anyone knows them.

Absolutely agree. Lots of teams seem to do this nowadays.
These go to eleven.

Reminds of the old gag that Coventry City had to change the colour of the seating at their old "Highfield Road" ground because the players were passing the ball into the stands. (For anyone who is not of a certain age - the seats were exactly the same colour as the Sky Blues kit long before the modern day trend of the new grounds)lol
There aint no Soul left in these old shoes... since you've been gone
