If we can sack him for his conduct I think this'd be a great tactical move. He isn't in good nick and at this stage in his career he isn't going to have much motivation to sort this out. He's also likely one of our better paid players. We have Loz and Yarney as backup CBs, take the money from Gerrard's wages and sign the left-sided lad from Curacao or a centre mid who isn't useless.

edit; just been sent the screenshots, i'm getting ahead of myself, he's clearly a dribbler but they're not sackable comments really, looks like he's chatting boll0x after 7 pints.
