Playing men’s football will be good for Luke’s Develoment at 18 years old it’s a lot to ask to go straight from youth team to first team they need the reserves/development squad to adjust to the physical side of the game

Hasn't their new manager made a few signings giving them an inflated squad? He'll find it difficult keeping everyone happy!!!

How often have Matlock messed about with our youngsters in the last few years not giving them a chance. In future tell them to get stuffed.

Both are better prospects for the Club than McKay, why is he not out on loan.

Where is Levi currently playing and how is he doing? What little I saw of him he looked Mike’s away from what was required.

It's funny you should say that because I was thinking the same. I remember Cook apparently taking exception to Matlock not giving one of the players a chance leading us to not playing the in a a preseason game.

Was it Jacob Hazell? But he got a few games. Another name I remember was Jack Broadhead who I thought looked really classy but he got loads of games according to WIKI. Jake Orrell amd Charlie Dawes were there but say no more!

How may of them moved on to greater things? Hazell is doing well in and around Matlock's level I suppose.

Two recent ones I can think of are Ricky German and Curtis Morrison - both got a good go at Matlock.
