Not according to Wrexham - probably saves some blushes
Will make us the only club not to be televised after the first round of games - some will have been on twice

Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't we at the back of the queue last season as well?
However, the powers that be couldn't wait to televise the relegated Notts County this season!!!!

Which was surprising as we relatively high profile
At least there is no decent money to be earned from televised games

Cant see many making that trip now unfortunately. I know of quite a few who had arranged the Saturday "day out" but cant make Tues Night ... that's a shame. Wreck Sam gate will probably be down also... Ive noticed their avg attendance is slipping now they are dropping down the League.

Will Wreck Sam and CFC get "compo" from BT for loss of Televised earnings? Will any Town fans with Saturday Tickets get "compo" from Wreck Sam if they cant make re arranged game?

Why should BT have to pay as its not been rearranged due to anything to do with BT, its been rearranged so Wrexham can play in this other competition that weekend that for some reason has taken priority over the league game. Any loss of earnings from not being in TV should come from whoever organises that cup competition. I would think that anyone who bought a ticket for the original date will be able to return it if they cant make it now but only match tickets, any organised travel like rail tickets probably wont be refunded.
Be interesting to know what Wrexham think of the decision as they've gone from being on TV against one of the better supported sides in the division so you would think decent'ish money from the TV and away tickets sold to playing St Mirren u21s not on TV and you would think no away fans. They will probably lose out quite a bit on the basis of no TV money and a lot less away support with us having to go midweek now.

I rarely buy train tickets so don't know if you can pay a small fee to guarantee a refund. Obviously anyone booking accommodation is advised to pay a rate including free cancellation.

of course not, and nor should they get any 'compo'
All fixtures are subject to change, if you decide to make plans then its at your risk, and if tickets have been sold (I dont recall seeing them on sale yet) they'll be valid for the rearranged game or you should get a refund.

From the train tickets i have bought in the past if you've bought advanced tickets which are the cheap ones then you cant normally get a refund for them.
Does seem strange that a cup competition organised by another FA, it comes under the Scottish FA, should take preference over a league game. From reading on the Wrexham board about it it seems they had no choice about entering the competition either. Solihull are also due to play that day in it as well but their opponent is still to be confirmed.

Has Irish teams in it as well! Format is at the link below, the two english clubs are basically the two highest placed from last season with Solihull finishing 2nd and Wrexham 4th.

Yes but it's a risk each fan can assess, the problem in this case is that the possibility of a fixture clash wasn't published even the TV company didn't know
