I could never figure out what his position was to be honest and the few times he started games he wasn’t great.

His role model, to my mind, would be Tom Naylor, not Mike Jones. Box to box, breaking up attacks, supporting the forward line, scoring and providing assists. On that measure he failed miserably.

A few times he came on as sub and looked a player but then starting games he was a disappointment. Obviously mobile etc and looked better getting forward so not going to sit in like Jones. Says a lot he’s not settled anywhere really as yet.

If anyone wants to watch Calvin Miller moving quickly but lacking a football brain, he’s live on BBC Alba now.
These go to eleven.

Luis Boa Morte will leave Fulham at the end of the season to take up a position as Head Coach of Guinea-Bissau.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

Up there with Paul Warhurst, Lee and SEB as the biggest flops in recent history!

Warhurst played 4 games for us and from what I remember didn’t do anything wrong. SEB 12 goals in 46. We’ve had far worse strikers. Boa Morte again did nothing wrong for us, I for one would have liked to have seen more of him. I’ll give you Jason Lee although he had a very decent career elsewhere.

All about opinions. Warhurst was unfit and slow. SEB selfish and disinterested. LBM probably too good but a combination of the above. Lee…a better Centre half…

To mimic the great athlete Bonnyman…I reckon I could out sprint Warhurst as was!

LBM was absolutely shot when he came to us.
Out of the few games he played I remember one singular fantastic cross - which I believe nobody got on the end of and a shot he badly mis-kicked but ended up being put away by someone.

I recall one of his best assists, in front of the kop, was when he sat on the keeper as Ivan Hollett slotted home.

Before us he was almost a goal every other game, he got 2 in 14 appearances for us. He died in 1990 aged just 54

Going by Marc White's latest rant interview after the Barnet match. Looks like Joe Cook could very well be looking for another club before the end of the season.

He’s left by mutual consent today.
