It doesn't really matter in the greater scheme of things, you want the discount then you pay the price offerred.

Seeing as there seems to be a reasonable uptake of ST's are any of the 'Not a penny more' posters going to get a ST as the protest seems to be a little pointless now. You may as well have a ST and have the benefit.

I'm not seeking asolution on my part by the way. lol.

God I hate this league.

Benefit??

In what way would they be benefiting by buying a ST??

Cos as i understand it those that have said not a penny more mean just that, no matchday or ST's no clubshop purchases nothing spent whatsoever to favour the club.
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

Apologies if covered elsewhere

Coventry is cheaper by £40 but they will sell more than us (probably, unless their protestors don't go to home games).

How can price comparison not matter? This doesn't make sense.

There won't be many, if any, that are more expensive for the cheapest on offer.

Cambridge & Luton at a guess might be comparable, though the former would be for standing.

Well clearly Carson and his boss don't think there's been a 'reasonable uptake' or they wouldn't have extended the discount deadline, Dave.

And you honestly think those on the front line of exposing corruption and mismanagement will now meekly renew 'cos a couple of thousand others have? After everything they've discovered whether published on here or not?

I think you misjudge how principled some 'BB' members really are, my friend.

It seems to me that the vast majority of contributors have respected the choice of others, even those renewing doing so with teeth very firmly gritted.

Meanwhile we'll see what impact those staying away from games have as the season progresses...

scabs fans been lying about 2500+ sales it seems - this is from their own forum.

have to be honest for a club of their size 2080 is huge. they paused our numbers from nearly 4 weeks ago and keep re-quoting the 3K but even if only 1 person did buy one more after the deadline (i'd wager its circa 3400ish) it makes the league title favourites look so tinpot.

2080 almost exactly fills 1 of their stands...so they could give us 3 sides again? xD

Don't see why it obviously has to be wrong, as it's a significant drop on last season. Unless the Assumption is it's bs cos it's from AC 😁

I take anything from the club as untrue or an exaggeration can't think why.

the thing is when a football season ends I then remember that there's other stuff to do and get interested in, normally speaking you get to this point and the fixtures are out and you start looking forward to going again. now I've not been to a game for a couple of months now since the season ended and am out of the habit of it all and have to say that nothing much is really persuading me that I will just drift back in august, I didn't renew season ticket but as for going along at all, right now just not sure.

Sad *** as I am I counted the number of unavailable seats on the ticket website

The number was 2887 which did not include the centre block in the west stand (shown as sold out).

I didn't count the front row of the South Stand but included a suspiciously large block of unavailable seats in W6

One can only conclude that on this occassion Carson was ACTUALLY telling us the truth :o

Is that the away end of the West Stand? If so thats the area that the club generally use for the tickets for things like scouts etc on matchdays. Probably kept blocked out so they are kept available for that purpose.
