It has got to help playing the whole match instead of coming on for 10 or 15 mins to grab a goal. I am afraid that far too many people have used him as a scapegoat. Hope he bangs some more in.

Also, per their match report, they play 4-3-3, which suggests a lot more support. I see also he seemed to be the man to aim for when he scored from the corner. He headed from the centre of goal, whereas for us he tends to be more back post for us.

Thats coz ALL our corners go far post...its so predictable and ineffective
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

Good post m8, Nandos hardly had game time here, it's difficult making an impact for 5 or 10 minutes of the bench. Agreed he's become a scapegoat for a bunch of plonkers. Someone else will have to take over that role soon with Nando not being here.

 Raving about him on twitter.Perhaps Micky Adams has found out quickly how to play him.

Adams : After Match Reaction.

"I'd like to see Armand more in the box. He wants to come and get involved in things but I think if we're going to play to his strengths, in and around the box is where he's most effective. We'll work next week on getting him more in the box and putting quality balls into the box for him.

When you play one up top, and have the leading scorer in the division in that position, how do you do that?

And who's used him as a scape goat, and for what exactly??

Found his level....leave him there...

You were moaning last season saying that he wasn't good enough for league two!

That sounds to me as though he's working on a long term program to keep banging the goals in. Plus when you look at the second goal he celebrates affectionately with the Tranmere supporters. A little bit more than a player who is there for more than a month of " match sharpness".

I've seen him do the lap of honour after scoring in training. He just loves scoring, I wouldn't read to much in to his celebrations.
