I'm hoping today is the start of Dan Gardner's rise to the top. I look at him and think 'thorougbred'.

Ayup, Dave.

Can't agree, unfortunately.

I see an enthusiastic yet raw player, albeit with potential.

Another victim of our lack of a reserve side, perhaps.

Johnson is one of the reasons Doyle has flourished, infact I'm not sure we have anyone else who can match his direct yet intelligent use of the ball.

I can understand Cook's thinking, but why not use an asset whilst we have him.

Boco?

Perhaps his situation speaks to the imbalance Cook refers to: several attacking options for a limited number of places yet few, if any alternatives in defensive areas.

Doesn't take a brain surgeon to notice it and yet he still strengthened attacking midfield with Johnson and Clucas

I remember reading the Halifax message board and they summed him up as talented but can disappear at times.

That will go down well with PC if we win.. But I do agree.

It's a massive call and I'm definitely in the majority in saying he would have played every available minute whilst at my expense if I was the gaffer.

Be really interesting to see how this settles down if, as expected, Goburn sits in front of the back four. Jimmy was all over the place last week - presumably he'll have licence to roam a little.

So my mate 'Dim View' needs to change his source, eh.

Either that or he's just starting negative rumours.

Can't understand why anyone'd wanna do that...

Flabbergasted but in Cook we trust. Something must've gone off or isn't quite right in the squad, PC will sort it out.

Nineteen year old 'keeper on loan from Everton, 'AKITB'.

By the way, Rochdale at it again, one up at Yeovil. Unbelievable what they're doing on Mansfield size gates.

And Fleetwood two up at PNE!

Oldham winning, too. Good point that last week, I reckon.

Birmingham losing. Basket case of a club - who'd wanna manage them?

Edit: and a bloke sent off.

Win, lose or draw this is a joke decision from Cook to not include Johnson (even if only on the bench), other than him being injured or had a fall out with the manager that is! I understand Cook's reasoning, but this is beyond any rational thinking  It makes it even worse when Roberts was struggling to make the bench with his repeated hammy troubles (to say the decisions crackers is an understatement!)

That said it goes without saying COYB's!!!

If we win it's a decision he can defend easily.

Rochdale now two up at Yeovil.

Looked like definite relegation candidates at our's, but in retrospect perhaps we made them appear that way.

Yeovil seem to've adopted that mantle, though.

Peterboro one up at Cov.

Surprised it's not on Sky...

Edit: blimey, Leeds are winning!

Edit: GNANDO SCORES FOR TRANMERE!!!
