If you match the money he can get in the championship, where would you rather play at town or the championship? It won't be just about money, but ambition to play at the highest level he can

Indeed so!!! hence my reference to building a squad with the money to push on, or don't and offer him a deal. He is an intelligent young player, and when he signed there was talk of him and his agent having a career progression plan. To play at the highest level and not chase the money. So we were forewarned about this when he signed. Enjoy his games for the season, wish him well and see how far he can take us.

I only mention him as he seems to be some sort of sacred cow amongst Town fans on here.
People slag off and hate Saunders, Cook, Nnando, Talbot but question Biggsy and its handbags at dawn!

The way Biggsy 'confirms' it like he is the chairman or manager of the club.
Last week he was on his way to Brighton.....

Great news he's staying- never really looked like he was going thankfully

Numerous journos on Twitter quoted interest from Brighton...not just Biggs.

Off thread but CPS is rather elusive

While you are here could you show evidence of your loathsome post on the Rotherham thread concerning child abuse?

Although 80% of the people involved in the abuse were local white British people and not the reported Asian majority as in the Daily Mail or UKIP/EDL literature.

I am sure people on here would love an explanation from you with the relevant data

One of three things will happen with Morsy:

1. We offer the extra grand per week he's rumoured to be looking for and he pens a new deal. And I'd suggest an investment of a hundred grand(ish) over two years would be more than worth it in Morsy's case, either in guaranteeing a large fee or what he adds to our performances.

2. Someone buys him in January.

3. He leaves for free at the end of this season.

How much would it cost to replace him? We've had a great deal of revenue in from transfers too. Balance this off against him leaving on a free and its a no brainer, extend the contract by at least a grand a week. No way we could replace him for £52k. We'd easily get that back in future transfer, especially as Sauders seems to be encouraging the one thing missing in his game - goals

I suspect if someone offered the sort of cash we got for Darikwa he'd be off

Maybe the realisation that they didn't will help negotiations between the two parties
