Not 100% sure about Simmons....wasnt his deal announced as done well before the season ended so unless it was a pre contract and even then in theory it stands i see no reason why he wouldnt still be joining.
That only happened because we agreed to him wanting to, had we wanted to make it stick then i suggest we could have done. In Simmons case i doubt we can drop out of the signing without him agreeing to cancel the pre contract.

Gosie Ugwu released by Yeovil,big Wharfey type centre forward scored a few goals for them this season.

What leads you to assume that all, or even any of it will go towards team rebuilding rather than debt reduction ?
