Dunno if anyone else has mentioned this yet, but I'm hearing Novak is out for the foreseeable future due to a broken bone in his foot.

Apparently DW would like to bring in a loanee though it's unclear if the Chairman will sanction it.

I know you can't help injuries etc, and didn't SEB get a knock yesterda as well?, but the signings, and also the rubber stamping of them, of SEB and Novak have been nothing short of a disaster on more than one front!

If rumours are to believed with SEB's and Novak wages approximately 20 percent of the wages budget. A gamble which has not paid off. Another disaster.

Without knowing the full legalities of loan contracts, could this injury work in our favour where Novak is returned to Birmingham and freeing up money in the loan window just about to open up?

Any idea why Harrison wasn't on the bench?. He must be off if he's not injured.

Novak is on a long term loan so can only be cancelled during the window in January so he's here til the end of the season now.

We won't get anyone who covers more ground than Novak with half as much as his ability.

Agree. Novak is not the problem here. His work rate off the ball is exceptional but clearly gets overlooked by many on here.
