He wants 90% minimum
He also wants rid of CFSS.
I was asked a question a few months ago about the 'gifted' CFSS shares, I was asked do you think the fans would give them back to the club? I said no.

Z

Why does he want 90%?

Allen will do what he needs to do to try to protect his investment- I've said it before but a Wednesday fan told me "Allen won't lose his money"
He wants the ground. He sees the ground as an asset and a revenue stream with which he can make a return. He sees the club as a millstone now.
Stand by for him trying every trick in the book to gain the ground as a separate business entity from the club.
Selling the club and renting the ground to it, while keeping sales from concourse and corporate.
The recent smoke screen from Allen, Turner and most disappointing of all, Croot, just cements my suspicions.
Did they really think any would believe Turner has in fact achieved tighter financial controls? Or that our current levels of debts and this crisis are due to a £2000000 shortfall 6 years ago?
They must think the fans are all as dumb, or dumber, than Turner.

1866 - 2016 RIP CFC
in effect that will see us "doing a Stockport "

Does anyone know if the Football league or FA rules allow ownership of a club in its entirity to be absorbed into other businesses ?

In simple terms could CFC be merged into say one of Dave Allens exsisting profitable businesses ?

If so this would be possibly more tax efficient than personal investment? and less of an individual financial drain ?
