What was Fulton doing for the fourth?

Think he should have done better for the 3rd and fifth too, (had no chance with the first 2), but did I hear booing after the second went in?

Many of us have been saying that Fulton was a liability since a few games in and Shrewsbury away in particular. Free transfer from Liverpool beckons I reckon.

Wilson and Morgan are bad enough with their negative tactics and some strange subs, but there is no excuse for them not showing any passion during the game.As usual they both stood like statues with hands in pockets. Ainsworth was virtually playing the game with his players, he never stopped shouting words of encouragement and he virtually kissed the players who gotvsubbed. They played like a team wanting to play with passion and pride for the shirt. DW and Morgs did come to life at the end when they were shouting back at our fans as per usual. DW cant be bothered to come down and acknowledge the fans when we pla y away. That was one thing Cooky had, respect for his fans.

.....to be fair though, that Wrexham side were very very good. Off the top of my head I'm thinking Billy Ashcoft (did he score 3 or 4 on the day), Dave Smallman, keeper Dai Davies, Joey Jones, was Arfon Griffiths player manager?

dtm

Not forgetting Dixie Mcneil

O'Neil, Dimaio, Liddle and Nolan are all as bad as each other.

Just recall Dimaio, at least he's featured in all our recent wins

I think Nolan is ok. He can move forward with the ball from midfield. We need some one in there to win the ball, someone with lots of energy and strength and not short of pace. Instead we have diamio Liddle and oneil

When he brought Evans on he should also have swapped O'Neil and Liddle positionally. If only to improve Nolans game Liddle may not be much better than O'Neill but does have more nous and in my opinion Nolan would be more comfortable along side Liddle. Also O'Neils best game for us was at right back (Millwall away)
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

It was just like being at the bowling alley today, we had ten pins and they had the BALLS.

From my viewpoint fairly central on the Kop, I think he intended to pluck the ball out of the air with his left hand then grab it with both hands. Unfortunately he only patted it to their player and instead of quickly diving in for it he just froze in panic and let the bloke stroll round him.

Haven't you combined the 4th and 5th?

He certainly looks the part at times but is seriously sloppy with his passing. I'd pay him and a Dimaio and just pray Martinez comes back after Christmas living up to his billing.

Then again just draw lots to see who starts in midfield

O'Neil looked better at RB but he's not a good RB!

Probably - it all just became a horrific blur after the third, like a bad dream.
