Because it's all part of the masterplan which is being played out at the present.

For the good of Chesterfield Football Club, let's hope that David Jones, Chris Breeze, Phil Taylor & Alan Goodall don't budge an inch.

Did AC infer that it was loaned to him personally? (He did state that it needs to be repaid quickly).

The club are trading insolvent, hence the insolvency companies involvement.
AC needs to prove to them that they can 'trade' out of it.

One or two things came out of it. All supplied by AC

Things might go quicker and smoother if the don't invite CT next time.

I think you may find that the short term loans that DA has had to put in got repaid without interest.

Well we can't and we are doomed unless DA puts his money in his pocket as he has just done according to AC even though he had nothing to do with the club and its situation.

Also did I hear correctly that DA has sole charge on the ground. What is the status of the other unresolved debentures if that is the case?

... And has been trading insolvent (alledgely) since we moved to the b2net in 2010. So how the can he fix that in the next few weeks?

Either there is a master plan to be revealed imminently, or we'll be down the swanny by the end of the year.

He has the first charge on the ground which means A & S Leisure have first claim to any money if we go t it's up and that is not only before the other directors but the HMRC too, The bank are owed nothing.

Yes we have been trading insolvent since our move, but DA always gave a letter to the auditors which said any debt would be paid by himself personally, therefore CFC could continue to trade.

Since his resignation we don't have that luxury and the accounts can't be signed off. The auditors will have to report that CFC are actually insolvent and until AC comes up with a plan, we are in the brown stuff

I know everybody has said it and its repeated over and over but just how is chris turner still employed by us? It actually gives me nightmares. Can we set up a just giving page to raise the amount we'd need to pay him off and then gift it to AC and the rest of the groovy gang.

Glad I couldn't listen by the sounds of things. More spin and nonsense. What a surprise.

He's still in a job because the owner and his right-hand man are happy with the job that he's been doing.

Chris, if you're reading this, Kaven Walker left SWFC in December 2008, could you tell me if he's worked in football since?

I'm sorry to persist but...

When answering my question, DA has "sole' charge on the ground via A&S according to AC not "first' charge on the ground Are they the same?

I's assume they are only same (effectively) if A&S mortgage is greater than the ground/stadium liquidated assets and in this case debenture holders and other secured creditors lose out.

The HMRC always lose out because they aren't secured and are at the end of the queue along with Jackson's Pies
