Debt free, you should be pushing on like an express train with crowds of 15000

Only been debt free for a couple of months.

Not really, ours has a little more character with sloped roofs and nice frontage.

So it has 4 similar sized stands with open corners, that is about as far as the similarities extend. Would you rather have disproportionate sides like Walsall, Crewe, even Bradford?

More importantly ours isn't in the middle of god knows where? Unlike Colchester, Shrewsbury, MK Dongs and another dozen new builds

I'm a tad surprised at you

It's quite clearly the same model as ours. Yes we have differences, for the better IMO, but it is still the same model. Just like Pride Park aka iPro stadium is the same model as the Riverside stadium and was built at a similar time for similar sized clubs. We haven't produced the revolutionary original design, we have taken what is right up our street and personalised it. What about Huddersfield and Bolton ?? Again, very similar but I'm sure the respective fans would argue differently.

Had this argument on the old ground building section of this site....there are only so many ways you can build something that is 4 stands facing a pitch so some are going to look similar. Unless you are spending a bucket load of cash then having the curved roof like we have on the two main stands is about as much as you can manage!

Portsmouth looked a poor side, though Holmes caught my eye, not quite Gary Roberts but useful

Have faith chaps, we of all people know anything can happen on the day.No pressure on us? let's get at 'em.

Sadly we are the one team who seems to disprove this haha. We get a tough tie its goes to expectations, we get an easy tie and its a cupset lol. We had a glorious chance last year against Southend and blew it. Lets just hope that for once (and surely cup football is all about eventual chances) we can break the mould. The law of averages heavily indicates its our time to make the third round, surely?
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!

Works hard but no end product.

We just don't create enough chances and the one we do we squander. Awford will be releived of his duties before long sadly.

thats about it - an all seater staia, of 4 sides of roughly equal height are always going to look similar. Throw in all blue seats.........
A new hope.
