EFL blocking takeovers
Derby needing to settle with Middlesbrough and Wycombe by the end of the month
Middlesbrough really sticking the knife in demanding ridiculous amounts of money owed to the which the EFL are requesting to be paid before any takeover
All players up for sale
Blocked from signing anyone
Anyone know the ins and outs of what’s going on?
From the outside looking in looks like Rooney is doing a cracking job amidst all of this
Another point to consider is - I wouldn’t want us to be promoted this way but if they do go to the wall that would mean 3 up from the NL to make up the numbers potentially.

Not sure of any detail but I’m sure if Derby went out of business the EFL would only relegate one team rather than promote another team from the NL

By all accounts the EFL have done a deal with the two clubs so they aren’t sued basically hanging derby out to dry as the fall guys despite the EFL failing massively to deal with things.

And probably Bournemouth as well plus clubs who lost out to the Owls the year they made the playoff final before losing to hill.

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't lose any sleep if Brighton went to the wall. I have a long memory, never forgive and never forget.

We're not talking about Brighton though are we. Still wouldn't wish Brighton to go to the wall, Sunday league pub football yes but if they no longer existed it would be hard to give em the 5h1t they gave us.
Fact is you want Derby to go under for breaching the profitability and sustainability rules, erm think about it. If we're going to go up I'd rather be on our merits and not by default.
