After that shambles against Northants its about time they were booted out of first class cricket. Surely Devon & Cornwall or Norfolk are a better bet.

T20 isn't first class cricket. Thankfully I prefer the real stuff and didn't bother today. Unfortunately for Derbyshire T20 can pay the bills.

We've had some embarrassing results already this season, but it's good that we have some very promising yougsters coming through. We could do with another Eddie Barlow to whip us into shape.

It's bad enough lazy Sky folk referring to us as 'Derby' without locals doing it.

If they were a football team. The elite coach might be in danger.

So it should be cant say ive seen much improvement in results certain players yes but they might have done that anyway

Dont understand the team selection in particular the Tom Knight situation looked a decent prospect didn't get a bowl again yesterday and yet to turn his arm over in the competition so whys he in the 20/20 side at 8 ?

My first T20 yesterday can someone explain the cut off situation Derbys 3.45 cut off was adjusted (twice Durston eye injury and lost ball) to 3.48. There wasn't any hold ups when Northants were bowling so the 6.15 cut off wasn't adjusted, but they didn't start the last over 'til 6.20.

Am I missing something or could the umpires be making amends for the two terrible LBW decisions against Northants !!!!

Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

I assume the elite coach is partly responsible for team selection and in game decisions, i.e. batting order

On the evidence of the last few games, he should be on notice
Accentuate th Positive, eliminate the negative
